- Support comprehensive project planning, execution, and tracking by monitoring schedules, resource allocations, financial parameters, and risk mitigation strategies across IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Facilitate enterprise configuration, change control, and release management activities, ensuring all deployments adhere to standard operating procedures, DevSecOps practices, and governance controls.
- Analyze existing IT business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, develop optimized process solutions, and create detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and governance bodies to assess, implement, and sustain ITSM processes and overarching architectural frameworks.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factors to continuously improve service delivery and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and facilitate technical meetings to deliver regular updates on project status, milestones, risk evaluations, and operational readiness.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of IT project support and service management experience. A total of 9+ years' experience required without a degree.
- Must hold an active DoD Cyber IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT project lifecycles, configuration management, and release control within DoD or federal IT environments.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining technical artifacts, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to evaluate IT service delivery metrics, conduct KPI analysis, and drive ITSM process improvements.
- Formal certification or training in project management or service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4, CAPM, or PMP).
- Experience preparing technical artifacts for ATO accreditation and supporting DoD cybersecurity compliance efforts.
- Technical familiarity with enterprise infrastructure operations, including Active Directory, SCCM, Linux/Windows environments, and network operations.
