Work You'll Do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for...
- Coordinate demand intake and business requirements gathering across ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, Vulnerability Response, and App Engine product development efforts
- Partner with product and functional leads, as well as clients, to clarify business needs and translate them into technical user stories for delivery teams
- Support backlog refinement, requirements prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across platform and product workstreams
- Provide ServiceNow platform subject matter support during broader CTP program calls and stakeholder discussions
- Help drive consistency, traceability, and quality across requirements documentation, user story development, and solution planning

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- 5+ years experience serving as a business relationship manager coordinating demand intake and business requirements gathering across product development workstreams
- 5+ years experience translating business requirements into technical user stories for platform or application development
- 2+ years experience ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, Governance Risk and Compliance Risk, and IT Operations Management Service Mapping
- Experience with the ServiceNow Platform and Security Operations Vulnerability Response
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management Support
- Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management
