Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for...

• Coordinate demand intake and business requirements gathering across ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, Vulnerability Response, and App Engine product development efforts
• Partner with product and functional leads, as well as clients, to clarify business needs and translate them into technical user stories for delivery teams
• Support backlog refinement, requirements prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across platform and product workstreams
• Provide ServiceNow platform subject matter support during broader CTP program calls and stakeholder discussions
• Help drive consistency, traceability, and quality across requirements documentation, user story development, and solution planning

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years experience serving as a business relationship manager coordinating demand intake and business requirements gathering across product development workstreams
• 5+ years experience translating business requirements into technical user stories for platform or application development
• 2+ years experience ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, Governance Risk and Compliance Risk, and IT Operations Management Service Mapping
• Experience with the ServiceNow Platform and Security Operations Vulnerability Response
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine
• Experience with ServiceNow Change Management Support
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,100 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
