<br><br>><br><br>Program Analyst – Science Advisory - NOAA programs<br><br>AtOrchard LLC<br><br>Program Analyst – Science Advisory - NOAA programs<br><br>Remote Worker - N/A <br><br>Description<br><br>@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA National Ocean Service (NOS) program. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. This position is contingent upon contract award.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Plan and organize virtual and in-person meetings and logistics related to meetings and events.</li><li>Assist in drafting and distributing meeting agendas and materials for the events and conferences.</li><li>Prepare presentation materials and provide on-site support for executive leadership.</li><li>Edit and organize meeting minutes to distribute and post on the portal after each event.</li><li>Maintain the federal database by updating records after public meetings or membership changes.</li><li>Any additional duties assigned by the program leadership.</li></ul><br><br>Requirements<br><br><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of project or program analysis experience.</li><li>NOAA and/or any NOAA-funded program experience is a preference.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with diverse program staff.</li><li>Familiarity with the FACA Act is required.</li></ul><br>If you are a motivated individual with a passion for continuing your work with NOAA, we want to hear from you!<br><br>@Orchard is an equal opportunity employer.
