Electronic Maintenance Technician Level 1

Indotronix is seeking an :

Onsite Job: Electronic Maintenance Technician Level 1
Work Location: Warner Robins, GA
Work Schedule: 9x80 A
Must be able to work various shifts
Able to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD Clearance

Responsibilities

• Fabricates, assembles, and disassembles electronic subassemblies.
• Wiring circuits, replacing components, and repairing electronic assemblies.
• Performs routine electronic preventative maintenance on special test equipment (STE) and test stations.
• Performs test readings using several different instruments, including Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Digital Multimeters.
• Troubleshoots to component level to determine the cause and remedy for malfunctions.
• Conducts routine engineering tests and detailed experimental testing.
• Performs calibration checks on electronic instruments.
• Uses practical electronic theory and basic tools.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in an Electronics-related field or Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in an Electronics-related position, with 3+ years of relevant electronics experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work various shifts.
• Must be able to work onsite in Warner Robins, GA.
• Familiarity with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters (DMM), or similar test equipment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Ability to recognize basic electronic components and work from schematics, diagrams, rough sketches, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions, and other process documents.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in a lab environment.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting RF assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Experience testing and tuning microwave assemblies.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting Electronic Warfare systems.
• Soldering experience or familiarization.
• Current Secret DoD Clearance.
