JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Generalist performs a variety of responsible administrative functions that support human resources, office operations, and field operations in the assigned Region. This role may serve as a lead to office staff. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews for applicants, extending employment offers, and coordinating all onboarding processes such as background checks, drug testing, and the collection of required documents. The Administrative Generalist initiates and maintains personnel files and ensures timely completion of all onboarding activities.
Additional duties include maintaining inventory for the Region office (including office supplies, uniforms, and related components) and processing accounts payable transactions such as invoices, bills for payment, and approved expense reports through automated systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Core Duties Include:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence and reports, processing mail, managing telephone and in-person reception, and maintaining organized filing systems. Assist with scheduling interviews for applicants and extend employment offers as directed. Receive offer information and formally communicate offers to selected candidates. Track and complete all required onboarding activities for new hires. Initiate and maintain accurate and complete personnel files for the Region. Maintain inventory for the Region office, including office supplies, uniforms, and related components. Process accounts payable transactions including invoices, bills for payment, and approved expense reports through automated systems. Perform other administrative tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned office.

Basic Qualifications
- U.S Citizenship preferred
- Ability to acquire and maintain a government security clearance. Must have a minimum of an active Interim Secret granted.
- Ability to acquire and maintain any other specific special clearances/access requirements (dependent on assignment).
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the Company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education based on one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

- Office administration experience (preferably high volume)
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
- Working knowledge of computerized systems
- Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Ability to perform position tasks accurately and timely
- Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity software including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
- Skill in clear and concise oral and written communication
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
