This position resides on the F-35 Depot Activations team. The individual in this position will assist the coordinator, facilitator, and integrator for Air Vehicle Depot site activations and expansions. The selected candidate will develop and execute activations plans that address all integrated product support elements. Tasks include Action Item tracking, Site Readiness Review documentation management, schedule coordination, and risk management.
Additional tasks for this position include requirements definition, performing depot site surveys and gap analysis, developing and executing Depot Maintenance Activation Plans, reviewing/participating in formal studies, supporting depot source of repair and partnering processes, and hosting of frequent reviews to resolve both technical and non-technical issues associated with areas of responsibilities.
This position could require extensive travel.

Background or familiarity in project management, program management, or logistics.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project) is essential.
Experience in Supply Chain management, Sustainment, maintenance management, operations, forecasting, facilities planning, and/or scheduling.
This position could require extensive travel. (including international travel- current passport required)
Experience with the integrated product support elements, plan development, and execution.
Working knowledge and experience with Sustainment processes and supporting organizations
Experience managing multiple complex tasks and situations with little or no direction.
Experience with repair processes, equipment, facility requirements, and business procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
