Systems Engineer

Gauge Engineering Services is seeking a Systems Engineer to participate in the development of cutting-edge Naval Surface Warfare and Missile Defense Agency C2 and Weapons Systems

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to perform activities including
o System trade studies and associated analyses, as well as analyses of alternatives
o System performance modeling and analyses
o System Interface Design and associated Functional Modeling and Decompensation
• Requirements Verification Test
• Participation in engineering technical reviews
• Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDR
• Work onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility

Required Qualifications
• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field such as Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of systems engineering experience
• 2+ years of applicable domain experience
• 2+ years of Model-Based Systems Engineering experience using CAMEO

Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in any of the following domains:
o Command and Control Systems
o Weapons Systems
o Missile Defense Systems
o Avionics and Airborne Systems
o C5 Systems
• Strong understanding of targeting, physics, and the fire control loop

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000, based on education & experience
