The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a Safety, Environmental and Hazardous Material Tech II to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the facility's hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage and disposal, including operating the Hazardous Waste
    Accumulation Area.
  • Assists with annual vessel and facility Workplace Hazard Inspections. Assists with or conducts daily waterfront inspections for personnel and environmental hazards.
  • Responsible for the facility's hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage and disposal, including operating the Hazardous Waste
    Accumulation Area.
  • Responsible for remediation of identified asbestos and non-asbestos discrepancies, spills, or releases.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of education/experience with hazardous materials or relevant experience in the military.
  • Must be medically qualified and able to wear a negative pressure respirator.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and be eligible to operate company/government vehicles.

Security Clearance:
  • Position requires a Trusted Agent Security Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13
