Job Description:
As the Project Manager for Financial ERP modernization delivery, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex financial system upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and mitigating risks to deliver successful ERP implementations. You will be expected to drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate effective communication, and monitor progress to ensure that project milestones are achieved on schedule. Your ability to adapt to evolving requirements and proactively resolve challenges will be critical to the overall success of the modernization initiative.
In this role, you will benefit from hands-on experience with ERP platforms, particularly Deltek, as well as exposure to project management methodologies and tools that streamline workflow and enhance collaboration. Familiarity with financial process optimization, change management strategies, and system migration best practices will be advantageous. Previous involvement in large-scale technology deployments, especially within finance or accounting environments, will help you navigate the complexities of this position. Your track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline will set you up for success as you lead the transformation of financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of financial ERP modernization projects.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize project management best practices to manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution.
- Leverage experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Deltek, to guide implementation and integration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and documentation to leadership and stakeholders.
