Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered.
We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and track delivery metrics, while also contributing hands-on to AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in a restricted environment.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of Experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $391k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Serve as dedicated Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and maintain the team backlog, ensuring tickets are well-groomed, prioritized, and clearly defined with acceptance criteria.
• Track and report sprint velocity, burndown, and other agile metrics to identify and remove blockers.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communication across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to engineering tasks such as infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline updates, or light development work.
• Apply key skills including Agile/Scrum, JIRA, AWS, DevOps, Python, and Continuous Integration.
