Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Lead Logistics Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversees and directs the complex transportation, storage, and distribution activities to maintain peak mission readiness.
- Formulate comprehensive policies, manage daily operations, and plan the strategic use of materials and human resources.
- Serve as the final Technical Authority for organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Validates the logistics requirements for theater deployment and employment operations within the area of responsibility.
- Authorize Strategic Plans for reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) to ensure force posture goals are met.
- Approve the coordination of Host Nation support and facility requirements for large-scale contingency operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Global Logistics or related field.
- PMP certification.
- Experience managing USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific AOR.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
