We are proud to support programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities across the country.

Location: Big Bend Region, Texas (Onsite)

Wide-open skies. Untamed beauty. A career with purpose.

Some careers change your resume. Others change lives.

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in the breathtaking Big Bend region of West Texas.

Every day brings the opportunity to help children who have overcome incredible challenges begin to heal, regain hope, and build brighter futures. You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional care while supporting one of our nation's most vulnerable populations.

If you're looking to escape the hustle and reconnect with what matters, Big Bend offers a lifestyle unlike anywhere else. Towering mountains, stunning desert landscapes, star-filled night skies, endless outdoor adventures, and one of the most unique national parks in the country make this an incredible place to live, work, and recharge.

Licensed in another state? Great! We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories.

This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a critical federal program.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

  • Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
  • Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
  • Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
  • Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care.

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Big Bend region of Texas.
  • U.S. Citizen.

  • Experience with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
  • Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.

At Blue Rose, you'll find more than a job. You'll discover a career with purpose, a team that believes in your mission, and an opportunity to make a tangible difference every single day.

We offer:

  • The opportunity to live and work in one of the most spectacular regions in the American Southwest, surrounded by mountains, canyons, and some of the darkest night skies in the country.
  • Texas has no state income tax, allowing you to keep more of what you earn.
  • We welcome clinicians licensed anywhere in the United States, making relocation easier than ever.
  • Meaningful, mission-driven work supporting children during some of the most important moments of their lives.
  • A collaborative team that values compassion, innovation, and service.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and continued career development.
  • The chance to unplug from the ordinary while making an extraordinary impact on the lives of children.
  • The satisfaction of going home every day knowing your work truly changed someone's future.

If you're ready to trade the ordinary for wide-open spaces, unforgettable sunsets, and a career filled with purpose, we'd love to meet you.
