Project Management Specialist Level 4 - San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Hourly Payrate: $80-$84.75/hr (W2) | 12-Month Contract | 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM) | Secret Clearance Required (post start)
About the Role
Indotronix is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist Level 4 to join our team onsite in San Antonio, TX, supporting a high-impact VC-25B aerospace program. This is your chance to make a significant impact, transforming complex information into actionable, scalable project plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans in accordance with industry best practices
- Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Communicate project updates, changes, and recovery plans to leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze and report on project metrics, schedule, and compliance to drive informed decision-making
- Support change management activities and facilitate coordination between internal and external partners
- Collect and organize data to maintain program status and facilitate smooth project execution
- Participate in and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication among team members
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 10+ years of relevant project management experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing projects using standard methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to present to diverse audiences, including leadership, customers, and peers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills in cross-functional settings
- Ability to walk up and down scaffolding as needed
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and present to senior leadership
