We are seeking an experienced CCMD Analytic Support Manager (Senior) to provide analytical leadership and operational support for senior military engagement initiatives across multiple Combatant Commands (CCMDs). This role supports transregional communication objectives by aligning strategic messaging, military-to-military engagement efforts, and information environment activities with command priorities.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary analytic interface with Combatant Command planning elements, translating classified objectives into actionable unclassified guidance for editorial, communications, and creative production teams. The position requires expertise in analytics, strategic communications, digital media, social media assessment, and operational reporting.
This position offers an opportunity to directly support global military engagement and strategic communication efforts while providing data-driven insights that shape operations across multiple Combatant Commands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical support for senior military engagement platforms supporting multiple CCMDs and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
- Coordinate with Combatant Command planning staffs to align communication efforts with strategic objectives.
- Translate classified guidance into unclassified communication objectives for editorial and production teams.
- Develop and oversee content production for Defense Forum digital publications, websites, social media platforms, and military-to-military communication products.
- Manage collection, analysis, and reporting of website, print, and social media performance metrics, including Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics.
- Direct social media monitoring, audience analysis, and content boosting efforts to support operational objectives.
- Produce analytical assessments, performance reports, and executive-level briefings that inform decision-making and communication strategy.
- Support Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) assessments within the Fusion Synchronization Center evaluation process.
- Coordinate engagement planning activities aligned with Theater Security Cooperation Plans and Combatant Command objectives.
- Maintain databases tracking distribution metrics, subscription data, content submissions, website analytics, and audience engagement trends.
- Develop monthly reporting baselines and trend analysis to support sustained operations and strategic communications assessments worldwide.

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
- Experience supporting Combatant Commands, military engagement programs, strategic communications, or information operations.
- Experience analyzing digital media, social media, and web analytics data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and briefing experience.
- Experience developing assessments, performance metrics, and operational effectiveness reporting.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations, stakeholders, and geographic regions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), or strategic influence activities.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and audience measurement tools.
- Knowledge of Theater Security Cooperation Planning and Combatant Command operational processes.
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
