Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer
Job Location: Washington DC
Certifications: Active CCNA or CCNP and Active CompTIA Sec+
Clearance: Secret or above
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, focusing on security and access control.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) solutions for network access control, authentication, and authorization.
• Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory, RADIUS, and other network systems.
• Develop and implement network security policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other network systems and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and Cisco product updates.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on security and access control.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Experience with network protocols (e.g., RADIUS, TACACS+, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network security principles, including AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
