Bryn Neil has been selected to help build the next generation of Systems Engineering talent supporting one of the industry's most important defense portfolios. The customer is making a significant investment in strengthening and modernizing their Systems Engineering organization, and we're looking for engineers who want to be part of that transformation.
Historically, the programs have been heavily focused on product development, with Systems Engineering evolving alongside rapidly growing programs. As these programs mature, there is a strong emphasis on establishing more disciplined Systems Engineering processes, expanding Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and improving requirements management, interface definition, and technical integration across multiple programs.
This is an opportunity for engineers who enjoy bringing structure to complex technical environments, influencing engineering best practices, and helping shape how Systems Engineering is executed for years to come.
One of the unique aspects of this portfolio is the level of systems integration required. These programs operate as Level 3 subsystems within a larger platform architecture, meaning success depends on understanding how individual capabilities interact with the broader system. Engineers who enjoy solving interface challenges, managing technical dependencies, and thinking at the system level will have the greatest impact.
Clearance: Secret required, TS preferred
Years of experience: 5+, multiple roles and levels available
Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience with CAMEO (or similar MBSE tools) for modeling
• Requirements traceability (tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes
Location: Westminster/Broomfield
Work Schedule: onsite, potential for 9/80 available
