The Director, Mission Integration serves as the connective tissue between customer challenges, technology innovation, and program execution.

This leader works across Programs, Growth, Engineering, and Operations to identify opportunities for organic growth, expand customer relationships, mature technical capabilities, and position the organization for future success. - Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to understand evolving mission priorities, technology gaps, and operational challenges.
- Translate customer needs into actionable technology and capability initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customer leadership on emerging technologies and mission modernization opportunities.
- Represent the organization during customer engagements, demonstrations, industry events, technical exchanges, and executive briefings.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud, Zero Trust, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Automation, Digital Engineering, and DevSecOps—into customer missions.
- Partner with technical leadership to mature concepts into deployable operational capabilities.
- Facilitate technology demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts that address customer priorities.
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies across existing programs to improve mission outcomes.
- Identify and mature opportunities for organic growth across existing programs and customer organizations.
- Partner with Program Managers to identify follow-on work, scope expansion opportunities, and technology enhancements.
- Support opportunity shaping activities well in advance of formal procurements.
- Develop customer engagement strategies that strengthen long-term relationships and position the organization for future growth.
- Collaborate with Capture Managers and Growth teams during opportunity qualification, solution development, and proposal efforts.
- Partner with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Solution Architects, and Portfolio Leaders to align technology investments with customer priorities.
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, contracts, and growth organizations to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across the division to leverage enterprise capabilities and best practices.
- Mentor technical and program leaders on customer engagement and technology positioning.
- Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience. 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- 12+ years supporting Department of Defense, Air Force, Space Force, or Federal Government customers.
- Knowledge and experience with USSF and USAF plans, policies, standards, and methods
- Experience supporting business growth through customer engagement, technology adoption, and opportunity development.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Understanding of Federal acquisition processes and competitive procurement environments.
- Experience supporting proposal development, technical solutioning, or capture activities.
- Experience estimating all technical and operations costs with the IT enterprise.
- Experience identifying and assessing business impacts to proposed changes to a largely technical solution or enterprise operations.
- Must have an active DOD Secret level security clearance.
- Active Top Secret DoD security clearance
