Description

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below: 

1.   Assist officers with all-source research and analytic targeting to turn research derived data into project and targeting products. 


2.   Assist officers with the coordination of project and targeting data with other customer partners. 


3.   Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback, and analysis to the customer, and be prepare to present data and findings on an as-needed basis. 


4.   Draft and coordinate data and findings in customer systems.


5.   Assist in the preparation of responses to senior level taskings/requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate experience with Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field to the position. 


• Demonstrated experience as a Staff Operations Officer (SOO) with the customer.


• Demonstrated experience applying tradecraft to protect and safeguard peers, projects and equites.


• Demonstrated experience briefing review boards, management, HQS, and field elements.


• Demonstrated experience developing projects and supporting briefings and then deliver same to review boards and be comfortable with engaging in formally and formally with HQS and field elements to drive projects.


• Demonstrated experience with customer systems used to track customer records and draft official customer correspondence.

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated experience working in a customer field station.


• Demonstrated experience understanding of or familiarity with customer systems.  


• Demonstrated experience working a significant project or counterintelligence area in a HUMINT SOO capacity.


• Demonstrated experience of a basic working knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.  


• Demonstrated experience of excellence in assessment against cyber threat issues, preferably in China and Taiwan.  

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience

A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
