Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Customer: Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps

Salary Range: $ 160,000.00 - $ 175,000.00

Clearance: Top Secret

Job Description:

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Process SME for contracted staff supporting Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV). The Strategic Process SME will provide high level action officer support to SES and General Officer Leadership within LP and I&L and will interact directly with senior leadership to develop products in direct support of their efforts and initiatives.

Responsibilities: The Strategic Process SME will assist the I&L and LP Front Offices, and LPOV Leadership with program support, process improvement initiatives, communications planning, organizational leadership support, and other administrative tasks as required using MS Teams, I&L SharePoint, and/or ETMS2. Support for this task will require assessment of Unclassified, CUI, Secret, and TS/SCI logistics strategies, plans, and vision/guidance documents.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Eight (8) years of related experience supporting USMC Headquarters Departments and coordination with the FMF.
  • Proven ability to communicate and interact with senior leaders (3-star level).
  • Proven ability to translate and develop strategic guidance and organizational priorities into executive-level presentations.
  • Experience reviewing, assessing, researching, and drafting input for speeches and briefs in support of senior executive service and general officer level strategic communication.
  • Experience supporting and integrating input for congressional testimony and responses.
  • Experience with USMC Force Design efforts and development in support of organizational leadership goals and objectives integrating overall USMC logistics equities for emerging logistics requirements.
  • Experience with Geographic Combatant Command and Service Component-level operations, to include planning, prioritization, force management, or resourcing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing concepts of employment, concepts of operation, resourcing plans/strategies, and associated PPBEA actions

Security Clearance:
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance w/SCI eligibility required.
