Job Description
You will administer and maintain quality control checkpoints (QCC) for the customer, supporting practical examinations by managing environments, evaluating performance, and improving course systems. You will collaborate with training coordinators and subject matter experts to enhance courses and provide trainee recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee exam environment and trainee communications.
- Coordinate course rosters and exam scheduling.
- Augment platforms with new tools and technologies.
- Maintain and develop scripts to automate processes.
- Provide assessments and recommendations on trainee practical performance.
Required Skills:
- Experience with advanced security operations operational tradecraft and guidance.
- Experience with PowerShell, bash, python, etc.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Mattermost, and Moodle.
- Knowledge of vSphere and virtual machines.
- Strong background in Windows security analysis and security.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Unix security analysis and security.
- Experience in scripting for vSphere and VM management.
- CNO operator certification.
Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 16 years without degree
