Program Finance Analyst

The Opportunity

The Program Finance Analyst supports budgeting, cost management, and financial oversight across a range of programs and contract types. This role partners closely with program management and cross-functional teams to analyze project performance, track costs, support forecasting, and identify financial risks. Candidates may be based in either our Huntsville, AL or Gainesville, VA office.

Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities *Essential Functions)

• Primarily responsible for Program Planning and Control for various contract types and sizes.
• Works with our financial systems and processes.
• Supports the program management team with budgeting and cost management efforts.
• Analyzes and validates project costs; analyzes project performance status and identifies financial risks.
• Assists in assembling data for trending and forecasting.
• Assists in developing project and program cash flow management
• Interface with Project Management, Procurement, Accounting, and HR departments.
• Participate in project cost review meetings.
