Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to support an enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role is focused on hands-on configuration, development, and integration work to deliver scalable, compliant identity governance solutions.
The ideal resource is technically strong, comfortable working in a structured delivery environment, and able to collaborate closely with architects and other engineers to meet aggressive project timelines.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical SailPoint workstream, stay hands-on technically, and help shape scalable identity governance and integration patterns across the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands on configuration and development within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Configure and deploy SailPoint modules, including:
- Machine Identity Manager
- Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM)
- Develop and implement:
- Application entitlements
- Workflows and lifecycle events
- Policies and roles
- Connectors and rules
- Support automated provisioning and access management across enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support end to end testing and validation.
- Conduct technical assessments of applications and provide onboarding recommendations.
- Ensure configurations align with SOX and CMMC compliance requirements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (designs, configurations, onboarding procedures).
- Support data related activities, including data mapping, attribute normalization, and identity correlation.
- Operate in an Agile delivery model, contributing to sprint planning and delivery using JIRA.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Implementation of identity management / IGA platforms – 6+ years
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud – Advanced
- Hands on experience with (ISC): Must have experience with Machine Identities and CIEM – Advanced
- Strong experience developing automated workflows, scripts, and integrations using SailPoint APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages – Advanced
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems and applications – Advanced
- Familiarity with compliance driven identity governance environments (SOX, CMMC, or similar) – Intermediate
- Working knowledge of ETL concepts and data transformation – Intermediate
- Ability to write and maintain scripts (JSON, PowerShell, Python, BeanShell, Groovy) – Intermediate
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, compliance frameworks (SOX, CMMC), or Agile delivery is a plus
- SailPoint Certifications a plus
