<br><br>> Mid Level IT Administrator/Network Technician (Secret Clearance Required)<br><br>Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group, LLC<br><br>Mid Level IT Administrator/Network Technician (Secret Clearance Required)<br><br>The Mid Level IT Administrator Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization’s computer domain servers and networks for corporate enterprise systems along with systems in a secure environment. This role ensures stable enterprise/network performance, assists with server/network upgrades, resolves connectivity issues, and provides technical support for server/network hardware, software, and infrastructure. <br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Domain, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks<br><br>• Install, configure, and support server and network hardware (domain controllers, application servers, switches, routers, firewalls, access points)<br><br>• Support secure network environments, including role based access controls and RMF requirements<br><br>• Assist with system/network upgrades, patching cycles, and modernization efforts<br><br>• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and hardware issues<br><br>• Perform routine administration/network maintenance, backups, and documentation<br><br>• Support VoIP systems, network cabling, and infrastructure components<br><br>• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to support mission critical operations<br><br>• Maintain network asset documentation and change logs<br><br>• Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and cybersecurity best practices<br><br>Requirements<br><br>• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (required)<br><br>• CompTIA Security+ certification (required)<br><br>• 2–5 years of hands-on IT system administration and/or network support experience<br><br>• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, and switching<br><br>• Experience with networking hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti, Meraki<br><br>• Familiarity with firewalls, ACLs, and secure network configuration<br><br>• Ability to interpret and maintain network diagrams and documentation<br><br>• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities<br><br>• Additional certifications such as Network+ or CCNA are preferred<br><br>• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud systems<br><br>Salary Description<br><br>$70,000-$85,000
