Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an to support a large-scale government IT and cybersecurity program focused on providing enterprise network and technical support services to military personnel, government civilians, and contractors worldwide. This position is . The will provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end users accessing a global enterprise network environment. • Provide first-level technical support for enterprise network users and customer systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and account access issues
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and multifunction devices (MFDs/MFPs)
• Assist users with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies
• Document, track, and escalate incidents while delivering excellent customer service

• ESD Mid: 0-6 months of IT support experience OR ESD Senior: 6 months-1+ years of IT support/help desk experience
• Experience supporting desktop hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional IT training or certifications are preferred
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification required
• Active Secret Security Clearance required
• Familiarity with NGEN and/or SMIT environments is preferred
