This position will be based at San Antonio, TX.

• Deliver instructor-led classroom training for Xacta 360, Xacta.io, and future Xacta products.
• Conduct virtual instructor-led training using Canvas and approved collaboration platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and update curriculum, lesson plans, student guides, instructor guides, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Create and manage online learning modules, assignments, quizzes, and course materials within Canvas LMS.
• Train personnel with varying levels of technical expertise, from new users to advanced cybersecurity professionals.
• Provide instruction to both internal Air Force personnel and external mission partners, contractors, and authorized government organizations.
• Customize course material to meet mission requirements and evolving system capabilities.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve proficiency.
• Maintain training records, attendance, completion metrics, and course evaluations.
• Coordinate with program managers, system administrators, cybersecurity professionals, and functional stakeholders to ensure training reflects current operational processes.
• Assist in developing user documentation, job aids, quick reference guides, and knowledge articles.
• Stay current on new Xacta platform capabilities, software updates, cybersecurity policies, and Air Force Inte Community guidance.
• Support demonstrations, workshops, onboarding sessions, and special training events as required.

Job Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Education, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience); and 8-10 yrs of experience; or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or experience.
• IAT level II certification as required by DoD Directive 8570.01
• Experience delivering technical instruction in classroom and virtual environments.
• Experience developing instructional materials and training documentation.
• Experience using Canvas Learning Management System to administer online courses.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Experience working within Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community (IC) environments.
• Ability to present training for extended periods.
• Ability to operate standard computer equipment and audiovisual presentation systems.
• Ability to travel to government facilities as required.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple training events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience using Xacta 360 and/or Xacta.io preferred.
• Knowledge of Xacta platform functionality and workflows preferred.
• Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) preferred.
• Knowledge of NIST RMF, DoW cybersecurity policies, and Intelligence Community security requirements preferred.
• Experience creating multimedia instructional content, videos, and interactive learning modules preferred.
