Job Description
St. Julien's Creek Annex (SJCA) is a U.S. naval support facility in Chesapeake, Virginia, providing administrative, industrial, and storage services while undergoing environmental restoration for past ordnance and industrial activities. is seeking a Senior Supply Analyst to provide technical, administrative, and project support to the Property Management.
Key Responsibilities
• Support supply, inventory, warehouse, and help desk functions.
• Manage Navy ERP records, MILSTRIP actions, and purchase requisition tracking.
• Assist with inventory validation, discrepancy research, and material accountability.
• Support FIAR compliance, audits, knowledge transfer, and process improvement.
• Develop SOPs, workflow tools, forms, and documentation as needed.
• Assist with material disposition, ERP access requests, and related business processes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ additional years of relevant military, DoD, or related experience in inventory management, logistics, or property/asset management.
• 3+ years of Navy and Navy ERP experience.
• 10+ years of DoD logistics experience, including SOM or OM&S.
• Experience with material accountability, physical inventories, and contractor/team oversight.
• Familiarity with DoD FMR Vol. 4, Ch. 4, FFMIA, and SECNAVINST 4440.33 preferred.
Clearance
• Favorably adjudicated T3 PSI required.
