You will be a Data Analyst - Level 2.
We're looking for a driven Data Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will support the F-35 technical lead for the Sustainment Control function, supporting Supply Operations and Logistics across all Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sustainment programs. You'll play a key role in supporting the sustainment control framework, driving supply performance improvements, and delivering critical insights that guide decision-making at the enterprise level.
As a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, you will apply analytics to uncover process drivers, identify opportunities, and integrate solutions across multiple teams. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information will empower execution teams and leadership to make informed, timely decisions that impact global sustainment operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and establishment of the sustainment control function across the enterprise.
- Apply analytics to identify key process drivers and recommend solutions for performance improvement.
- Support sustainment control initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
- Support regular supply performance reviews to assess progress and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in requirements development to support evolving sustainment needs.

• Demonstrated experience operating within a Supply Chain Management or Logistics function (i.e. distribution, logistics, support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge)
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in operating SAP or similar enterprise resource planning tool (ERP) as pertaining to data analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or Above in a technical discipline or Supply Chain / Logistics with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Access.
• Experience with Data Analytics used to drive improvements.
• Experience with sustainment and logistics.
• Experience with military service operations and customers.
• Experience integrating across multiple IPTs including engineering, sustainment, and procurement.
• Multi-platform or multi-program experience.
• Understanding of Root Cause/ Corrective Action analysis
• Ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to
accomplish assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
