Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) | Full Time

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Senior IT Recruiter to support the recruitment and hiring of top technical talent for a variety of federal government contracts. This is a hands-on, full lifecycle recruiting role responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for IT and cybersecurity professionals supporting mission-critical federal programs.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within the federal contracting space, understands the unique requirements of government hiring, and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for Information Technology and cybersecurity positions supporting federal government contracts.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting platforms and networking strategies.
• Recruit for a wide range of technical positions, including software developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals, cloud engineers, network engineers, help desk personnel, database administrators, project managers, and other IT professionals.
• Manage assigned job requisitions from intake through offer acceptance while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and prime contractor partners.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Work closely with Blue Rose's Facility Security Officer (FSO) to verify candidate security clearances and contract eligibility requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future contract opportunities.
• Assist with proposal recruiting and surge hiring efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters by sharing recruiting strategies, market insights, and sourcing techniques.
• Assist with recruiting for non-IT positions as business needs require.
• Represent Blue Rose professionally throughout the recruiting and hiring process while promoting a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Information Technology positions.
• Experience recruiting for federal government contracts or government contractors.
• Experience sourcing technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong understanding of federal hiring processes and security clearance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Experience recruiting cleared professionals with Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearances.
• Experience coordinating recruiting efforts with prime contractors and government customers.
• Knowledge of federal contracting environments and proposal staffing.
• Experience recruiting for cybersecurity, cloud, software development, infrastructure, or systems engineering positions.
• Previous experience mentoring junior recruiters or supporting recruiting initiatives.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, ADP Recruiting, or similar HR systems.
