Sr Project Scheduler - Hanscom AFB

Duties include, but not limited to: 

-- Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution
-- Coordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO) while delivering technical scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams
-- Provide integrated schedule management support, ensuring alignment with system acquisition processes and incorporating key schedule requirements to drive mission success
-- Assist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve program objectives
-- Clearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and leadership
-- Identify and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track
-- Utilize advanced scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and manage complex project schedules
-- Conduct risk assessments of government and stakeholder schedules, providing Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to highlight potential schedule risks and inform decision-making
