Develop and execute effective capture and win strategies to increase probability of award.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, industry partners, and potential teaming organizations.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, customer priorities, and industry trends.

Support proposal development efforts by contributing to solution development, pricing strategies, teaming arrangements, and competitive positioning.

Collaborate with executive leadership, operations teams, and proposal personnel to develop customer-focused solutions.

Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting within customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and customer engagements.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of five (5) years of business development, capture management, account management, or sales experience within the federal contracting market.

Demonstrated success identifying, capturing, and winning federal contracts as either a prime contractor or subcontractor.

Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and federal procurement processes.

Experience with major contract vehicles, including GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA Schedules.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:
