Essential Functions
- This role would support the Change Management team for change related activities on projects.
- This role ensures changes are delivered and implemented successfully, and in a manner consistent with the established Grant PUD Project Management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Programs.
- On projects assigned, the Change Manager prepares, facilitates, monitors, evaluates and documents change management impacts, strategy, plans, and activities aligning with the Prosci ADKAR model and the Utility's OCM Program methodology.
- Partners closely with GCPUD Change Managers, Project Managers, Business Owners, and Project Sponsors to apply change management and project management processes and tools.
- Provides regular status reports and change metric monitoring.
- Provides timely escalation of risks and issues to the sponsor, business owner, OCM Manager, or other stakeholders as applicable.
- Provide coaching and support to all levels of management, including executives, through changes with high levels of impact.
- Works closely with External Affairs on customer-facing change events.
- Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizes resistance.
- Partners with vendors, business owners, and Senior Training Coordinators to support training efforts.
- Informs employees about change initiatives by developing communication content such as newsletter bulletins, All Employee Meeting presentations, planning for various training or communication events, such as Q&As, in coordination with the Internal Communications team.
- Partners closely with Project Managers, Business Owners, and Project Sponsors to apply change management and project management processes and tools.
- This position may coordinate with technical experts or other project support staff as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Stays current on Change Management best practices and methodology.

- Ability to work independently while also able to take direction from OCM team leads within the utility.
- Ability to independently use Microsoft Office 365 Suite specifically SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5 years' additional experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management working on large business transformations.
- Prosci Change Management certification
Preferred but not required
- Hydroelectric utility (generation and electric distribution) experience
- ACMP Change Practitioner (CCMP)
- Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)
- Agile PM certification
On-Site Work
- This is a remote-eligible position; however, this position may need to work on-site on an as-needed, infrequent basis for critical project activities or business requirements.
