The Boeing Company is looking for an to join our team in . In this position, you will develop and maintain software products for the next generation.

In this role, you will be developing a full-stack application to support manufacturing operations and facilitate factory floor worker.

Manufacturing Application Suite enables production teams to manage work statements, optimize labor charging, and proactively address non-conformances. This leads to improved shop floor execution, enhanced performance visibility, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, these applications empower supporting functions such as production engineering by providing necessary data and insights to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, the Application Suite enables teams to meet production targets, improve quality, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement.


  • Participates in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Works across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
  • Develops new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.
  • Assumes leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment
  • Ensures application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.
  • Architects and provides guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
  • Engages with designers and front-end engineers and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs.
  • Collaborates across time zones via Teams, Mattermost, GitHub, documents, and frequent videoconferences.
  • Influences, innovates, and continuously improves the software engineering process as well as quality, safety and reliability of products and services provided by Boeing.
  • Collaborates proactively with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports to understand operational and performance expectations.
  • Cultivates a positive team culture, team motivation

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 6years' related work experience, etc.)



Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
