Summary:
• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive distributed metrics and monitoring solution for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems.
• Collaborate within a DevOps software engineering team to ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Total Compensation: $259k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Collaborate as part of a DevOps software engineering team to design and develop distributed monitoring solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of HPC infrastructure.
• Utilize Rust and Python for software development tasks.
• Develop Bash scripts and work within Linux environments.
• Implement and manage technologies including Splunk, Kafka, Ansible, GitLab CI, and Git.
• Leverage desired skills in JIRA, Confluence, and Elasticsearch to support project workflows.
