Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Project/Data Analysis Support Coordinator with the USPS program located in Merrifield, VA. The position will be responsible for driving metrics and coordinating project workflows, serving as the critical communication bridge to ensure nationwide telematics development, track deployment metrics and mitigate risks.

(This position is a hybrid role with the requirement of working on-site 4 times per week at the Merrifield, VA office)

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
  • Monthly interactive Power BI (or similar) dashboards mapping PIV telematics rollout progress, usage telemetry, and operational uptime.
  • Documentation and data models identifying potential vehicle maintenance bottlenecks or deployment delays.
  • Risk registers, tracking metrics, and weekly status briefs delivered via PowerPoint and OneNote.
  • Building interactive, real-time Power BI or similar dashboards for KPI tracking
  • Performing full-spectrum data analytics



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or data related field along with 2+ years' experience.
  • U.S Citizenship or Green Card Holder
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must have resided in the U.S. the past five years with no more then six months outside travel of the U.S during this timeframe
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, Teams).
  • Experience in IT coordination, business analysis or Agile/Predictive project management.



Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
