On our team, you'll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact . You'll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment s to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems . You'll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn set s of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions. Ultimately, y ou'll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used .

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience applying geographic and geospatial scientific principles, tools, and analytical techniques

• Experience applying data science and machine learning techniques including logistic regression, natural language processing (NLP), clustering, neural networks, deep learning, image recognition, and algorithm development

• Experience performing data analysis using SQL and scripting languages such as Python, R, or Julia

• Experience developing data science solutions to derive insights from complex datasets

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean

• Experience with natural language processing, text mining, or machine learning techniques

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 10+ years of experience in Data Science, or Master's Degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of experience in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with IT, business, or operational metrics platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, or Confluence

• Experience working within a DoD or Intelligence Community operational environment and with DoD or Intelligence Community geospatial data repositories

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite to develop reports, graphics, and briefings
• Knowledge of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) production chain
• Knowledge of Army, DoD, or Intelligence Community GEOINT processes, policies, and programs
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• AWS AI/ML Specialty Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required .

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62.50 to $69.72 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees.
