- Managing complex contracts that require regular customer interface while demonstrating sound business practices and professionalism.
- Attending frequent on-site Gov't Meetings and serving as a demonstrated influencer to support MANTECH initiatives and solve contractual/financial challenges.
- Working effectively in an office environment and obtaining access to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).
- Performing contract management across the full spectrum of life cycle contracts activities on both a pre and post award basis.
- Working strategically with teams and providing guidance to internal and external customers.
- Understanding MANTECH financial drivers to support operational and financial objectives within the terms of the agreement(s).
- Prioritizing, delegating, and mentoring subordinate staff while working across divisions to support surge requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience (12+ years of government contract administration experience (additional education may be substituted for experience)).
- 7+ years of contracts administration in a government contracting environment.
- Experience working with key stakeholders and program leadership to collaborate and solve issues.
- Experience managing a variety of contract types including CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, Level of Effort and familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and supplemental agency clauses.
- Able to upload contractual artifacts in a timely fashion to the appropriate contracts system of record.
- Comprehensive understanding of Government Solicitation Requirements and Commercial Practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of the proposal process to include working with subcontracts, pricing, finance, legal and proposal team.
- Proven experience identifying and mitigating solicitation/proposal risks, coordinating Q&As, and supporting proposal teams with EN submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage disputes with support from senior leadership and legal as needed (e.g., claims, requests for equitable adjustments and audits).
- Clear understanding of OCI reviews and the development and execution of mitigation plans.
- An active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
