Job Description

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Summary:
Upon award, the Deputy Assessment Lead will support the Program Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of the assessment program, providing operational oversight and assuming leadership responsibilities in the Program Manager's absence. This individual will serve as the primary operational coordinator between field assessment teams and program leadership, ensuring consistent execution of assessment activities across all districts and facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
○ Former executive protection, protective intelligence, or security operations leader with extensive experience supporting large-scale security assessments
○ Background in U.S. Special Operations Forces, federal law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate security leadership
○ Experienced in operational planning, executive protection, team leadership, and assessment execution
○ Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities:
○ The incumbent will assist the Program Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of the assessment program
○ The incumbent will coordinate field operations for Team Able and Team Baker to ensure efficient execution across multiple districts
○ The incumbent will monitor assessment progress, resource utilization, and adherence to project schedules
○ The incumbent will ensure standardized application of assessment methodologies, scoring criteria, and reporting formats
○ The incumbent will provide technical oversight and operational guidance to assessment personnel
○ The incumbent will coordinate logistics, stakeholder engagement, and communication among assessment teams and client representatives
○ The incumbent will assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager and support preparation of executive briefings and final deliverables
○ The incumbent will lead governance and policy review activities
