Data Analyst 
Location: Alexandria, VA/Springfield, VA/Arlington, VA/Herndon, VA/Chantilly, VA

Job Responsibilities:

• Use platform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting mission objectives and system improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality and governance compliance, and develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics, integrating data from various sources to uncover correlations and forecast future needs.
• Validate data accuracy, document processes, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, and develop reusable analytical components.
• Evaluate and implement tools, train users on analytics capabilities, and stay current with advancements in analytics techniques and technologies, bringing innovative approaches to their work.
