Job Description



  • Developing ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate disparate data sources. Analyzing complex data flows, system dependencies, and data lineages
  • Structuring unstructured and structured data for cloud modernizations. Architecting solutions using cloud storage (blob, data lakes, tiering).
  • Conducting systems analysis on instrumentation data acquisition systems. Upskilling team members on data analytics, data governance, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data quality, and automation.
  • Translating complex mathematical/statistical models into digestible Power BI visualizations. Defending analytical studies and methodology recommendations to high-ranking officials
  • Organize and/or lead a team through collaboration as part of of a data science project team





  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position requires you to travel from the duty station up to 20% of the time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the Specialized Experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience:

One year specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal Service which includes: 1) This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower pay band/ grade level position in the federal service (NH-02/ GS-11).
