Job Description
Nightwing provides technically advanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services to meet our customers' most demanding challenges. Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. Nightwing is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission.
- Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders
- Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings
- Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements
- Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions
- Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives
- Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders
- Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation
- Support governance review processes with business impact analysis
- Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes
- Create stakeholder communications and status reports
- Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle
- Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
- Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience

The salary associated with this position ($77,000-$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
