(BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a (Level 3) to join (RPO) team in or .
The project management specialist will work across business units as part of a One Boeing team supporting E-7 production and modification by fostering partnerships with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders and their teams to identify and solve complex problems. Experience with government or derivative platforms will suit this role well.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Performs studies, analyses (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
- Creates reports, metrics, monitors change activity, and communicates and updates plans regularly throughout the lifecycle of the program or projects.
- Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices.
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Assists internal customers to develop recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to for ongoing support to stakeholders.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
- 3+ years of experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
- Active clearance is preferred
