As a Sustainment Program Engineer, you will support the customer on maintaining and monitoring vehicle fleet in operations; Provide factory expertise and recommendations to the customer; Develop new operations to meet customers needs; Be a part of our passionate and highly-motivated team who are excited to be on the forefront of modern spaceflight.
- Customer Interface for providing status/updates to cost, schedule and inputs based on customers Statement of Work
- Manage team and staffing for sustainment program
- Manage cost and budget for sustainment program
- Support program director
- Provide and review technical engineering factory recommendations to customer for fleet or vehicle operations
- First responder for Support fleet issues or signatures (24/7)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 9+ years of experience working with Real-time Satellite or Space Systems Operations
- Must be willing and able to be on call for 24/7 support
- 14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Program or Project Management experience
- Cost Accounting Management experience
- Root Cause Corrective Action experience
- Team Leadership experience
- Strong general System Engineering background
