We are seeking a highly motivated Material Coordinator to join our team. This full-time associate position involves managing inventory, coordinating material flows, and ensuring efficient operations within our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials
• Process purchase orders and requisitions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
