Job Description:
We are seeking a Materials Coordinator (Supply Technical) to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. The Materials Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory levels. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage material supplies for various projects and clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Resolve supply chain issues and escalate as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or materials management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
