We are seeking a highly motivated Material Coordinator to join our team. This full-time associate position involves managing inventory, coordinating material flow, and ensuring efficient operations within our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials
• Process purchase orders and vendor communications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
