Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented to join our team! In this role you will get to **This position is located in Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**

• Develop schedules detailing progression specifics relative to program requirements and objectives.
• Utilize Performance Work Statements (PWS), technical proposals, and oral direction from PMO and technical leads to develop resource loaded project schedules.
• Prepare a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for specific portions of the project identified by the team.
• Plan the identification of hierarchy of activities and use the WBS to independently develop the Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource (funding) plans for the PM.
• Establish and maintain the schedule baseline; track and communicate changes to the baseline schedule.
• Generate Integrated Master Schedule outputs as required.
• Collaborate with project managers and a CONUS-based scheduler to ensure project schedules support contract deliverable requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• BS degree and typically 10 years of related professional experience or Associates plus 15+ years' experience.
• Experience working with DoD programs
• Proficient in MS Project
• Experience using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively with leaders across the program in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
• Secret clearance is required

• MS Project Black Belt and/or PMI Scheduling Professional Certification
• Experience with the Jira project management and task tracking tool

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
