Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAD professional to support high-visibility programs by creating and maintaining detailed engineering drawings, installation packages, and technical documentation used in manufacturing and deployment environments.

Responsibilities
* Create and revise detailed part, assembly, and installation drawings using CAD tools.
* Develop and maintain Interface Control Drawings (ICDs), rack elevations, network topologies, and technical drawing packages.
* Generate and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawing notes, material specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
* Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements to produce accurate production-detail drawings.
* Apply GD\&T principles, scaling, sectioning, tolerances, and engineering drawing standards.
* Support engineering, manufacturing, and inspection teams with drawing revisions, redlines, and clarifications.
* Participate in configuration control processes and controlled drawing releases.
* Conduct peer reviews, self-audits, and support CM/QA audits.
* Recommend design improvements to enhance manufacturability, quality, assembly efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
* Active **Secret Security Clearance**.
* 5+ years of experience producing:
* Interface Control Drawings (ICDs)
* Rack Elevations
* Network Topologies
* Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Production and Installation Drawings
* 5+ years of experience interpreting engineering sketches and specifications into complete production-detail drawings.
* Strong understanding of:
* Engineering drawing standards
* GD\&T
* Configuration management
* Scaling and sectioning techniques
* Manufacturing documentation
* Experience with one or more CAD tools:
* CATIA
* AutoCAD
* NX
* SolidWorks
* Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting DoD programs.
* Data center infrastructure experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
* Experience working in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or similar environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
