Position Summary:
Upon award, the Cybersecurity Analyst will evaluate cyber risks affecting executive protection, assessing vulnerabilities, security technologies, and cyber hygiene against recognized frameworks. This analyst will provide specialized expertise in identifying digital threats and technology-based vulnerabilities that could compromise protected personnel or organizational security infrastructure, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the evolving cyber threat landscape within the assessment program.
Key Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will evaluate cybersecurity risks affecting executive protection operations and personnel
• The incumbent will assess security technologies and identify cyber vulnerabilities within organizational systems
• The incumbent will review credential exposure and cyber hygiene practices against established security standards
• The incumbent will support technology and security architecture assessments to identify potential weaknesses
• The incumbent will recommend cybersecurity improvements to enhance overall protective posture
Minimum Qualifications:
• Cybersecurity professional with demonstrated experience supporting government agencies or critical infrastructure sectors
• Expertise in cyber risk assessment, vulnerability analysis, and security technology evaluation
• Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and their application to executive cyber risk environments
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate technical findings into actionable security recommendations
