This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Summary:
Upon award, the Team Lead will serve as the senior on-site leader for the facility security assessment, responsible for overall project management, customer engagement, and integration of assessment findings into final recommendations. This individual will provide strategic direction and oversight for all assessment activities, ensuring cohesive delivery of comprehensive security evaluations while maintaining direct communication with Government stakeholders throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will provide overall project management for facility security assessment activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timeline requirements
• The incumbent will lead customer engagement and executive briefings, serving as the primary point of contact with Government leadership
• The incumbent will integrate assessment findings across all disciplines--physical security, technology, operations, and intelligence--into unified analytical products
• The incumbent will develop and deliver final recommendations that address identified vulnerabilities and enhance overall protective posture
Minimum Qualifications:
• Former U.S. Army Special Forces, Secret Service, Diplomatic Security Service, Special Mission Unit leader, or Law Enforcement Officer with extensive executive protection background
• 20+ years of experience leading executive protection programs at the enterprise level
• Demonstrated experience conducting enterprise security assessments for government or high-profile private sector clients
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary security teams and complex assessment projects
• Strong executive communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership
