Resource & Workforce Assessment
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Summary:
Upon award, the Resource & Workforce Assessment Specialist will evaluate staffing models, workforce readiness, and resource allocation across assessed protective operations, identifying gaps and recommending workforce optimization strategies. This part-time specialist will bring focused expertise in organizational effectiveness to complement the broader assessment program, ensuring that workforce-related findings are grounded in industry best practices and aligned with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will evaluate staffing models and workforce readiness to determine alignment with operational demands and protective mission requirements
• The incumbent will assess resource allocation and organizational capacity to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
• The incumbent will identify staffing gaps that may impact protective operations effectiveness or create coverage vulnerabilities
• The incumbent will review succession planning initiatives to ensure continuity of critical protective functions and leadership positions
• The incumbent will recommend workforce optimization strategies that balance operational requirements with resource constraints and long-term sustainability
Minimum Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and organizational effectiveness within security or protective operations environments
• Expertise in staffing models, resource allocation methodologies, and capacity analysis
• Background in government, military, or corporate operations with emphasis on personnel management and organizational design
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate workforce data into actionable recommendations
